What You’ll Do
Identify & Drive Business Outcomes
Own and deliver key initiatives on the product roadmap that make internal operations more effective and efficient.Collaborate with teams across operations, finance, and customer success to identify opportunities and implement solutions that improve processes and outcomes.Build a Best-in-Class Product
Develop scalable systems and workflows to address complex operational challenges, balancing speed with long-term sustainability.Partner with designers to ensure solutions are not only functional but also intuitive and user-friendly.Balance Proactive and Reactive Needs
Proactively tackle roadmap goals, driving initiatives forward from ideation to completion.React quickly to unforeseen issues, working with stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve challenges as they arise.Collaborate and Communicate
Capture ideas, feedback, and requirements and translate them into actionable deliverables.Work closely with the rest of the Product Team to align on priorities, progress, and outcomes.Maintain strong communication across a global team to ensure clarity, alignment, and momentum.What We’re Looking For
Must-Haves :
2 years of software product management experience.Proven ability to design and implement efficient workflows and systems.Strong prioritization and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of balancing competing demands.Exceptional collaboration and communication skills.A hands-on, proactive approach to problem-solving.A desire to grow and develop your product management skills.Nice-to-Haves :
A strong sense of design to contribute to intuitive, user-friendly solutions.A background in operations or system development where building scalable processes was a core focus.Experience with marketplace business models & SaaS.Experience in the property management and / or real estate technology sectors.Why Lula?
