In this role, you’ll serve as the primary liaison between property managers and Lula’s platform, ensuring seamless service delivery, problem-solving maintenance issues, and driving operational efficiency for our customers.

Position Overview:
As an Account Manager, you will act as a strategic partner for property managers using Lula’s platform. Your goal will be to enhance operational efficiency, resolve service issues, and build lasting customer relationships. This is an ideal role for property managers looking to leverage their industry expertise in a dynamic and innovative company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the go-to resource for property managers, providing proactive support and solutions
- Manage service requests, maintenance work orders, and vendor coordination on behalf of property managers
- Drive additional revenue by expanding service adoption and identifying new business opportunities with existing customers
- Monitor property maintenance trends, service utilization, and spending to provide insights and recommendations
- Conduct training sessions to help property managers and their teams fully utilize Lula’s platform
- Ensure a seamless and efficient maintenance process by resolving issues before they escalate
- Act as a problem solver, providing fast and effective solutions via phone, email, and platform support
- Encourage adoption of additional Lula services to enhance property management efficiency
- Maintain a deep understanding of Lula’s products and how they support property managers
- Work closely with internal teams to provide feedback and enhance the Lula customer experience
Who We’re Looking For:
- 3 years of experience in property management, maintenance coordination, or vendor management (preferred)
- Experience working with single-family rental properties or property management companies
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with property managers
- A customer-first mindset, with a focus on efficiency, responsiveness, and proactive issue resolution
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Benefits & Compensation:
- Competitive salary: Base of $60,000/year with total target compensation (TTC) of $70,000
