Job Summary
The Front of House Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment, overseeing all front-of-house activities. This position requires a dynamic individual who can manage staff, enhance customer experiences, and maintain high standards of service. Duties
- Managing nightly service and leading the FOH team
- Scheduling FOH staff and ensuring proper coverage
- Ordering and inventory control of alcohol, beer, wine, bar supplies, and paper goods
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment
- Supporting team training and development
- Communicating effectively with BOH and MODs to ensure smooth operations
Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a restaurant management or leadership role
- Strong knowledge of beverage ordering and inventory systems
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proven ability to work well with others and lead a team
- Must be dependable, professional, and hospitality-focused
