What are the responsibilities and job description for the Plumber (Liberty) position at Lula?
Lula is looking for a 1099 plumber to help with property maintenance of several hundred rental properties across the Liberty Missouri Area. We are seeking individuals who have experience in the property management industry and has an eager attitude. This individual must be trustworthy, possess great communication skills, capable with technology, and be apt in problem-solving. You will need reliable transportation.

Experience in the following are a plus:
*Drywall
*Light plumbing
*Light electrical
*Painting
*Performing maintenance and light repairs
*Minor repairs/replacements on appliances
*Other miscellaneous maintenance work
