Position: SEC Reporting Manager
Job Location: Chico, CA (Various Unanticipated Worksites)

Salary Range: $135,450K to $150K per year
Responsibilities:
- This position involves telecommuting. The position is headquartered in Chico, CA, but employee will be permitted to work from home at various unanticipated worksite locations throughout the United States. Prepare and file financial statements and disclosures on Forms 10-Q, 10-K, 8-Kand Proxy Statements with the SEC.
- Prepare and/or review supporting schedules and documentation to ensure accuracy and consistency with SEC filings and internal reports and documents, as well as compliance with SEC rules governing non-GAAP metrics.
- Lead review of the XBRL filing on a quarterly and annual basis.
- Assist with preparation of monthly management accounting reporting package, including financial statement variance analysis, MD&A and ad hoc financial schedules for senior management and external auditors.
- Participate in preparation of reports and presentations to investors/shareholders, Board of Directors, and outside agencies, including quarterly earnings script and other reporting releases.
- Monitor the development and applicability of new and proposed accounting and reporting rules issued by the SEC, US GAAP, PCAOB, or other regulations.
- Prepare stock-based compensation accounting entries and assist with forecasting. Assist with technical accounting research and documentation of new accounting policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with external auditors during the annual audit and quarterly reviews. Will supervise 1- 2 financial analysts.
Qualifications:
- Four (4) years’ experience as Financial Reporting Analyst or related role. Experience must include S&P Global Market Intelligence tools, Egnyte, Checkpoint and NYSE WAAP tools; preparation of 10-K, 10-Q and 3-09 Financial Statements; and monthly close accounting for allshares (Class A, Class B, Series A/B/C/D/T Preferred shares, LTIP units, and OP Units) using Yardi.
- Position will be headquartered in Chico, CA, but is a telecommuting position, allowing for remote employment from various unanticipated worksites throughout the United States.
Salary : $135,450 - $150,000
