As a part of the leadership team, the Fulfillment Lead will be overseeing up to 50 fulfillment associates. Fulfillment Leads ensure that workflow operates smoothly and that the fulfillment staff can work continuously and efficiently. As a result of the Leads effort, Lulus will be able to efficiently fulfill orders for our many customers.
What You'll Do
- Monitor workflow and manage exceptions
- Monitor Pending status and ensure all orders are addressed based on established priorities
- Reassign fulfillment employees as workload changes to meet departmental efficiency and volume targets
- Ensure daily Customer deadlines are met, including making sure all qualifying expedited orders are shipped on time.
- Solve problems in the fulfillment process; troubleshoot issues promptly, and escalate to management when appropriate.
- Maintain a high level of discretion when handling confidential matters
- Act as a liaison between employees and Lulus Management
- Communicate expectations to team members professionally and consistently.
- Monitor the workforce to ensure that standard operating procedures and safety policies are being followed.
- Communicate with other departments promptly and in a professional manner.
- Address and correct invalid customer addresses
- Maintain a consistent presence and accessibility on the warehouse floor every scheduled day
- Other warehouse duties as assigned

Base salary is part of a total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include an annual bonus and other benefit programs.
