Job Summary
As a Sr. Technical Designer at Lulus, you will work closely with our production team ensuring the fit and quality of the Lulus brand. In this role, you will facilitate the transition of the product from the initial design and trend concept to a fit-approved garment. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver quality in design, fit, and function. In addition, you will leverage and develop key vendor relationships to support working efficiently and driving fit consistency to improve the customer experience.
This is an in-office position based out of our LA Office, with in-office days Monday - Friday.
What You'll Do
- Lead fit sessions and effectively communicate fit intent to all relevant parties
- Rigorously maintain existing fit standards, ensuring overall fit consistency
- Leverage customer feedback and technical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve issues that may occur during pre / postproduction
- Identify potential fit, construction, cost, and quality concerns and make recommendations to ensure brand integrity
- Mindfully deliver high-quality product in fit and functionality, that enables Lulus to achieve customer satisfaction while addressing financial goals
- Collaborate with the manager on size and grading changes that could impact Lulus fit
- Manage and review pre and postproduction samples to ensure fit intent has been executed
- Supervise junior-level technical resources, enabling them to achieve professional goals
- Partner with cross-functional teams, at varying levels, during fit sessions to ensure alignment across teams is met
- Collaborate with the manager on upcoming strategies and any significant business decisions within the technical design department

Base salary is a part of a total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include an annual bonus and other benefit programs.
