We are seeking enthusiastic and energetic individuals to join our team as Sign Holders. This role is vital in promoting our brand and attracting customers through engaging and eye-catching signage. As a Sign Holder, you will be responsible for standing in designated areas, holding signs, and interacting with the public to create awareness about our products or services. This position requires a positive attitude and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Duties
- Stand in high-traffic areas while holding promotional signs to attract attention.
- Engage with passersby in a friendly manner to promote products or services.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Follow directions from management regarding sign placement and promotional strategies.
- Ensure that signage is clean, visible, and in good condition throughout the shift.
- Report any issues or concerns to the supervisor promptly.
- Adhere to safety guidelines while working in public spaces.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or promotional roles is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with the public.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and work outdoors.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends if necessary.
Qualifications
- must be 18 or older
- have a valid drivers license and car for transportation
- be able to stand for 4 hours
- must have some basic athletic skills
- must be able to have fun with the position and working the sign
