- Manage end-to-end interview scheduling for candidates and hiring teams, creating a smooth, well-coordinated experience
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and clear communication throughout the hiring process
- Maintain accurate candidate data and documentation in our ATS (Ashby)
- Coordinate candidate travel and accommodations when necessary
- Prepare interview materials and assist with interview panel preparation
- Help organize and execute recruiting events, both virtual and in-person
- Track recruiting metrics and prepare regular reports on hiring progress
- Identify opportunities to improve and streamline our recruiting processes
- Collaborate with the broader talent team to ensure consistent quality across all candidate touchpoints
- 3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, preferably in a technology company
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Experience with ATS systems (Ashby experience is a plus)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Problem-solving mindset with ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Google Workspace, scheduling tools, and willingness to learn new systems
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders
- Experience supporting technical hiring is a plus
- You're meticulously organized, with systems to track complex scheduling across multiple time zones
- You anticipate needs before they arise, proactively addressing potential conflicts
