Position Overview :
We are looking for a Sales Engineer who embodies our core values and has a proven track record of success in the Transportation Technology space, with a specific focus on fleet safety and compliance. The ideal candidate will be an exceptional communicator capable of building trust with prospects by addressing their unique needs, and positioning Luma’s solutions as the key to solving their challenges and moving their business forward. This role will directly support the sales team and report to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO).

Client Interaction : Represent Luma to prospects and customers with professionalism, demonstrating the value of our technology solutions.Product Demonstrations : Lead impactful, tailored product demos and technical presentations that address the unique needs and challenges of potential clients.Solution Selling : Collaborate with the sales team to create customized proposals that showcase Luma’s capabilities and align with client needs.Cross-Department Collaboration : Work closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless and positive experience for prospects and customers.Market Intelligence : Stay informed on industry trends and competitive landscape to ensure our solutions remain relevant and compelling.Technical Expertise : Demonstrate Luma’s technical solutions in a way that builds trust, is easy to understand, and aligns with customer needs.Evaluation Ownership : Take ownership of the evaluation process and manage the client’s technical requirements through the sales cycle.Key Requirements & Skills :
At least 5 years of experience in the transportation industry with a focus on Carriers (Fleets), Shippers, and / or BrokersExperience with technology focussed on safety & complianceExceptional time management skillsTechnical acumen with the ability to quickly learn and demonstrate Luma’s technology solutionsStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft tailored solutions for diverse customer needs.Travel up to 20%Why Luma?
