About LUMA Cocktail Lounge
LUMA is an upscale cocktail lounge dedicated to providing an elevated experience through expertly crafted cocktails, curated music, exceptional service, and a vibrant yet sophisticated atmosphere. We are looking for Cocktail Waitresses to join our team and deliver top-tier hospitality to our guests.
Responsibilities
- Provide attentive and personalized service to guests, ensuring a high-end experience.
- Take drink and food orders, making knowledgeable recommendations from our cocktail and menu offerings.
- Serve cocktails and beverages promptly while maintaining presentation and quality standards.
- Engage with guests in a professional, friendly, and energetic manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including tables, bar areas, and service stations.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently.
- Adhere to all alcohol service and safety regulations.
- Assist in setting up and closing down the lounge as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous , or upscale dining preferred.
- Strong knowledge or willingness to learn about craft cocktails, wine, and spirits.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
- Must be at least 21 years old and TABC certified (or willing to obtain certification).
- Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
