Job Description
You will be responsible for providing accurate up-to-date product information and guiding the customer through their purchase.
Product Specialist Responsibilities:
- Have a deep understanding of the client’s products & services, including: features, benefits, and the client’s advantages over competitors
- Generating and closing sales on behalf of the client
- Building rapport with the customers, helping them with any concerns & questions they may have
- Providing support within the sales and marketing teams to help develop and implement in-field marketing campaigns
- Identifying market consumer trends which includes a customer’s needs & preferences, and other companies’ offerings
Qualifications
- Comfortable working with technology
- 1-4 years of experience in sales, marketing, customer service, retail, restaurant, and/or hospitality
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Outgoing personality
- Able to commute to Lincoln, NE
- Ability to communicate with peers and management
- Experience leading and managing a team a plus!
