Key Responsibilities:
Curriculum Development and Implementation
Understand and integrate Montessori philosophy into curriculum planning and implementation.
Action Plan:

- Encourage reflective practice among guides.
- Arrange observation and feedback opportunities.
- Integrate Montessori principles into curriculum planning.
Classroom Overall Management
Create and maintain a positive, organized, and stimulating learning environment.

- Optimize classroom setup and organization.

- Develop and implement behavior management strategies.

Student Assessment and Evaluation
