Qualifications
Who You Are
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, with:
- A high school diploma or equivalent (Fair Housing training preferred).
- At least 1 year of property management experience, ideally with a strong background in collections.
- Proficiency in property management software (Yardi is a plus!) and Microsoft Office.
- A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable, insured vehicle.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to connect with residents and teams effectively.
