What You’ll Do
As a Groundskeeper, you’ll bring the LUMA Playbook to life by:
- Maintaining Pristine Grounds: Keep walkways, common areas, and parking lots spotless and free of hazards.
- Creating Curb Appeal: Tend to landscaping by watering flowerpots, monitoring irrigation systems, and enhancing the beauty of the property.
- Keeping Amenities Safe: Ensure recreational spaces, pools, and playgrounds are clean, safe, and welcoming.
- Supporting Maintenance: Work alongside the maintenance team to report and assist with repairs as needed.
- Attention to Detail: Remove trash and cigarette butts meticulously, ensuring every detail reflects LUMA’s high standards.
Qualifications
Who You Are
We’re looking for a dedicated professional who loves creating clean and inviting spaces. You’ll thrive in this role if you:
- Are physically capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.
- Have a keen eye for detail, quickly spotting debris, trash, or hazards.
- Possess or are willing to learn about pool chemical requirements (training available).
- Have basic tools for the job, such as pliers, a 6” crescent wrench, screwdriver, and hammer.
- Bring groundskeeping or landscaping experience (preferred, but not required).
- Enjoy working outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Hold a valid driver’s license and have access to a reliable, insured vehicle.
- Bring a team-oriented attitude and a passion for keeping things beautiful.
