Job Summary :
This position will be responsible for compiling, coordinating, planning managing and execution of the work associated with the Distribution, Substation, and Transmission programs. The role will require well-rounded technical aptitude, high problem-solving ability, and excellent teamwork skills to be successful. The position requires integration of business knowledge and functional priorities to address complex problems and non-standard situations.
Job Description :
- Ensuring all processes associated with project management are vigorously followed.
- Manage scope, schedule, and budget for strategic high profile, complex organizational projects and programs following best management practices.
- Manages the yearly Programs; forecasting, tracking, reporting, and ensuring plans are completed as planned.
- Develop work plans to implement corrective actions that are identified as a result of performance assessment.
- Develop, manage, and evaluate high profile, complex projects / programs / initiatives involving multiple organizations from planning to post implementation phases as required.
- Develop business plans, project charters and performance metrics in support of business objectives.
- Track and report progress on key business initiatives.
- Manage quality assurance and / or change management activities involving internal and external personnel.
- Demostrated business acumen and ability to create value with advanced problem solving, financial / analytical, performance management, negotiation, and conflict management skills.
- Supports the FEMA project obligation process and development of the necessary scopes of work and program documents require
- Accelerate programs execution according to the Long-Term Incentive Plan ( LTIP) numbers and planning associated part of our Programs for the 1-year, 3-years and the 5-year plans.
- Work with the field organization to complete programs in a timely manner and in compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Follows all policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Perform major storm restoration work and associated drills as assigned
