Job Overview :

This role is a unique blend of videography, photography, and marketing coordination. The ideal candidate is a creative visual storyteller with experience in shooting, editing, and producing high-quality content for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns. This person will work closely with the marketing team to create engaging videos and images that highlight LumaDent’s products, brand identity, and customer experiences.

Responsibilities :

Content Creation for Marketing Campaigns

Video Production : Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for social media (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts), website, and marketing campaigns.

Product & Educational Content : Capture compelling product demos, customer testimonials, and educational content for various platforms.

Photography : Capture professional-grade images for the website, social media, print materials, and marketing campaigns.

Post-Production : Handle video and photo editing, ensuring high production value with proper color correction, sound design, and motion graphics.

Business Representative Portraits : Capture professional headshots of LumaDent team members for use on the website and marketing materials.

Event Photography & Videography : Cover trade shows, conferences, and company events, delivering high-quality promotional footage and images.

TikTok & YouTube Content Creation : Develop and post engaging video content for TikTok and YouTube, including behind-the-scenes footage, educational content, and product showcases.

Website and Social Media Management : Upload and manage photo and video content, ensuring optimized presentation for fast load times and a seamless user experience.

TikTok & YouTube Growth Strategy

Content Strategy : Develop and execute a creative plan to grow LumaDent’s presence on TikTok and YouTube with a mix of educational, promotional, and trend-based content.

Trend Integration & Audience Engagement : Stay on top of industry trends and social media best practices to maximize reach and engagement.

Performance Analytics : Track key performance metrics and adjust content strategy based on data insights.

Media Organization & Management

Google Drive Media Library : Organize and maintain LumaDent’s media assets, ensuring easy access for the marketing and sales teams.

Brand Consistency : Ensure all visual assets align with LumaDent’s branding and messaging.

Reporting, Meetings & Creative Input

Performance Reports : Provide regular analytics on video and photo content performance, including audience engagement and campaign impact.

Creative Collaboration : Attend marketing meetings, contribute innovative ideas, and help shape the visual direction of LumaDent’s content strategy.

Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience in videography, photography, and content creation (portfolio required).

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Lightroom (or similar editing tools).

Strong understanding of social media trends, video formats, and engagement strategies (especially TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram Reels).

Experience with lighting, camera operation, and professional video / photo equipment .

Ability to manage multiple projects , meet deadlines, and adapt to fast-paced environments.

A keen eye for detail, composition, and brand storytelling.

Basic knowledge of marketing principles and digital content strategy is a plus.
