LumaDent is looking for a full-time, on-site Marketing SEO Specialist to join our growing team in Reno, NV. You'll help us dominate search rankings, track the competition, and turn data into conversions — all while working directly with our creative and technical teams.
We’re a high-growth dental tech company, and we’re looking for someone who can not only keep up — but optimize and lead the way.
What You'll Do:
- Conduct deep competitor research and identify opportunities in our niche market
- Own and manage keyword strategies across all platforms
- Use SEMrush like a pro for analytics, audits, and campaign tracking
- Collaborate with our team and use ChatGPT to generate optimized, on-brand content that converts
- Maintain and optimize our CMS (preferably WordPress)
- Track SEO/SEM performance and deliver clear, actionable reports
- Stay on top of Google algorithm updates and industry trends
- Recommend improvements for UX, site speed, and mobile-friendliness
What You’ll Need:
- 2 years of hands-on SEO experience (B2B or healthcare industry a plus!)
- Mastery of SEMrush, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console
- Working knowledge of CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.)
- Experience using AI tools like ChatGPT to streamline workflows and spark creativity
- Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
- Data-driven mindset with sharp attention to detail
- Ability to take initiative, stay consistent, and communicate clearly
Bonus Points:
- Experience in dental or medical device marketing
- Familiar with PPC and paid search strategies
- Graphic design or video editing skills
- A little nerdy about conversion rates, meta descriptions, and SERPs
