Position Overview:
As the Engineering Assistant to the CEO, you will focus on high-tech development, specifically leveraging artificial intelligence and advanced engineering practices to propel the company’s products and operations forward. This role demands a deep understanding of technology, a creative mindset, and the ability to transform concepts into impactful solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement AI algorithms to enhance product functionality and streamline business processes.
- Build, test, and deploy scalable software solutions to address unique challenges in the dental field.
- Design and prototype hardware or software integrations for ergonomic dental technologies.
- Conduct comprehensive data analysis to identify areas for innovation and improvement.
- Create detailed reports and technical documentation for ongoing and completed projects.
- Maintain and optimize the company’s technical infrastructure and support internal technology-related projects.
- Stay up to date with advancements in AI, machine learning, and robotics to propose actionable innovations.
Technical Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields.
- Advanced Programming Skills: Proficiency in Python, C , JavaScript, or similar languages.
- AI Expertise: Hands-on experience with AI frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or similar.
- Software Development: Skilled in developing and deploying web-based applications and cloud-based solutions.
- Data Science Knowledge: Ability to work with data visualization tools, machine learning models, and data analysis libraries such as pandas, NumPy, or R.
- Robotics and Automation: Familiarity with robotics frameworks and embedded systems.
- Version Control Systems: Proficiency in Git and collaboration platforms like GitHub or GitLab.
- Tech Integration: Knowledge of IoT technologies, sensors, and hardware/software communication.
- Strong understanding of software testing, debugging, and optimization processes.
