Stripe Communications is on the hunt for an ambitious, proactive Account Executive to join our Edinburgh team.

Responsibilities / Position overview
ROLE IMPERATIVES
Ideally has previous agency experience working on a mix of consumer clients
Has contacts across media and influencers
Ability to plan social content and manage activations with celebrities and key opinion leaders
Experience of media relations and engagement
Passion, commitment and enthusiasm for what they do
ROLE INCLUDES
Helping manage busy campaigns as part of an integrated social / PR team
Scheduling, planning, and creating content across social platforms
Developing content calendars with clear CTA
Writing media materials with key messaging
Securing proactive media coverage, handling reactive media enquiries
Helping deliver events with key media and influencers, securing quality coverage / engagement in return
Pitching creative ideas, content and tactics to drive media coverage and social engagement
Manage relationships with third party partners, and paid influencers etc where relevant
Client relations, reporting and campaign evaluations
Agile hybrid working with office presence 2 days a week (Monday mandatory)
Qualifications
THE RIGHT CANDIDATE WILL HAVE
A passion for all things social & PR and delivering great work for clients
Strong contacts across consumer, hospitality, lifestyle and business press, as well as national news and broadcast
Good writing and planning skills
A positive ‘can do’ attitude – a self-starter and team player, adept at working collaboratively
A willingness to learn and think creatively
