Responsibilities / Position overview
We are seeking a graphic designer to support our market access business by creating visually compelling and strategically creative designs for multiple brands and campaigns, and bringing the brands' narratives to life through impactful visual solutions.
Typical Duties include:
- Design Execution: Create visually compelling designs across digital, print, and other mediaformats, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and project objectives.
- Creative Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Art Directors, Copywriters, Strategy, andClient Engagement teams to develop cohesive visual solutions that enhance brand
- Brand Consistency: Maintain consistency across all creative outputs, ensuring brandalignment and adherence to Lumanity’s design pillars: simple, clear, and user centric.
- Hands-on Design Work: Develop layouts, graphics, and visual assets, refining designsbased on feedback to meet project deadlines and client expectations.
- Design Innovation: Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and technologies to bringfresh, innovative ideas to projects.
- Project Coordination: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, collaborating with internateams to ensure timely and efficient workflow execution.
- File Management: Organize and maintain design files, templates, and brand assets foeasy accessibility and consistency.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within a pharmaceutical or creative agency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communication Design, or a related field.
- A strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and branding principles, with the ability to translate conceptual ideas into visually engaging designs (providing a well-rounded portfolio highlighting expertise in branding, typography, digital content, and campaign execution is essential.)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), PowerPoint, and other relevant design tools.
- Knowledge of digital design best practices and how to use Figma is a plus.
- Meticulous eye for quality, ensuring every piece of work is executed to the highest standard.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a deadline-driven environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly, collaborate effectively, and incorporate feedback.
