Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

- Willingness to collaborate with management, other GMs, and staff on corporate projects and tasks.

- Work with the management team to ensure that staffing and scheduling is at the appropriate levels for a contractor oriented business.
- Analyzes reports and make decisions regarding all aspects of the business.
- Work closely with sales for the location.
- Deals with personnel issues professionally and in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
- Reviews performance through evaluations and ongoing communication with the staff and implements improvement plans when necessary.
- Ensure all employees deliver the highest standards of customer service.
- Respond to all customer issues and resolve any issues with courtesy, respect, and professionalism.
- Advise on product merchandising, equipment maintenance, store / yard cleanliness, security, and all other related operations.
- Understand the shipping and receiving processes and fill in as needed.
- Collaborate on marketing and advertising strategies and evaluate the results objectively as needed.
- Create and implement training and development programs for employees to strengthen growth opportunities.
- Actively participate in accounting and budgeting to optimize performance, efficiency, and bottom-line profit.
- Complete any assigned projects requested by company management.
- All other duties as assigned.
