Store Manager Responsibilities:
- Open, close and manage store as scheduled
- Supervise staff
- Ensure customer service
- Perform retail sales to paint contractors and homeowners
- Sell paint and related products
- Purchasing stock and special order materials
- Control day to day operations
- Vendor negotiation
- Store Manager Qualifications:
- Merchandising
- Paint sales experience
- Paint product knowledge
- Benjamin Moore paint product knowledge helpful
- Two years retail management experience
- Good communication skills
- Good computer skills
