Truss Shop

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Truss Builder to join our team. As a Truss Builder, you will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and constructing trusses. The ideal candidate will have experience in millwork, carpentry, and materials handling. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands and has a passion for building.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Fabricate and assemble components using hand tools and power tools
- Measure, cut, shape, and fit materials according to specifications
- Perform quality checks to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the finished product
- Operate forklift
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

- Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations

-Stacking and banding lumber

Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a Builder or Carpenter preferred
- Strong knowledge of millwork and carpentry techniques
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and materials handling
- Basic machining skills are a plus
- Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Pay: $10.00 - $25.00 per hour
