- A motorcycle license is preferred but not required.

**Responsibilities**

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service throughout the sales process.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for achieving sales targets.
• Utilize effective communication and public speaking skills to present products and services.
• Manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate records in CRM software.
• Conduct outbound sales calls and follow up on leads to drive sales growth.
• Ensure compliance with dealership standards and maintain a valid motorcycle license.
