Title & Accounting Clerk – Lumberjack Harley-Davidson
Location: Nacogdoches, TX
Hours: ~35 hours per week
Pay: $14–$16 per hour (based on experience)

Lumberjack Harley-Davidson is looking for a Title & Accounting Clerk to handle motorcycle title processing and assist with bookkeeping tasks. If you’re detail-oriented, organized, and ready to work in a fast-paced dealership environment, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Process motorcycle titles and registrations accurately and efficiently
- Submit title applications to the appropriate agencies and maintain compliance with state/federal regulations
- Assist the controller with bookkeeping tasks, including invoice processing and reconciliations
- Handle accounts payable/receivable duties as needed
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Work closely with the sales and finance teams to ensure smooth transactions
- Perform general office tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Experience in title work (motorcycle or auto industry preferred)
- Basic accounting or bookkeeping experience
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
