POSITION SUMMARY
Located at our Byron Center, MI location, the person in this position would assist with assembly of exterior doors. Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Ensuring the proper quality, accuracy, and timeliness of assembly exterior doors
- Working with all teams of production to assembly exterior doors
- Paint and Stain touch up of trim and brickmold.
- Inspection and touch up the sidelites and door panels as needed.
- Assisting in cleaning and maintenance of assigned work area
- Performing other tasks as assigned by the Production Supervisor

This position offers a $300 annual clothing allowance to offset costs for work apparel, protective footwear, and PPE.
REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
- High School diploma/GED required
- Prior construction experience
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Strong communication skills
- Safe working practices
- Natural detail-orientation
- Ability to accurately read orders and assembly to customer specifications
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to lift up to 75 lb.
- Ability to stand for 8-10 hours/day
