POSITION SUMMARY
This Outside Sales Consultant offers the opportunity to be the face of Lumbermen's Door Division in the Minneapolis market. Ideal candidates are enthusiastic self-starters with a passion for developing and fostering relationships. This position offers flexibility with overnight travel. Day-to-day responsibilities for this position include :
- Establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Actively listening to customers and prospects needs
- Obtaining and growing a personal knowledge of our door product offerings
- Offering exceptional customer / vendor support and timely service
- Evaluating, motivating, and training both new and existing customers
- Understanding and executing the annual sales plan
- Developing and executing annual and monthly sales objectives in accordance with the business plan of Lumbermen's
- Performing analysis of your market and territory needs
- Communicating clearly with your internal and external stakeholders
