What are the responsibilities and job description for the COOK/ DIETARY STAFF (LORANGER CAMPUS) position at LUMCFS?
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
1. To prepare on main meal each day.
2. To prepare and serve good tasting, attractive food.
3. To make certain that food is properly stored and refrigerated.
4. To make maximum use of leftovers.
5. To be responsible for the care of the kitchen, its equipment and it cleanliness, with special emphasis placed on the stove hood vents, the stove, refrigerators and freezers, can openers, cabinets, counter surfaces and floors.
6. To abide by all State and Local sanitation ordinances.
7. To perform other kitchen tasks as assigned.
