Lume Consulting Group is seeking an Infrastructure Specialist with expert knowledge and experience working with and implementing various Enterprise Technologies and processes related to Information Technology Operations (ITOps), Artificial Intelligence for IT Operations (AIOPs), and Information Technology Operations Management (ITOM) with a focus in Operations Management, Cloud Management, Network Management, Service Management, Disaster Recovery, Data Center Automation, and Infrastructure Security.
Minimum Qualifications :
- Within the last 6 years, demonstrate a minimum of three (3) years' experience providing service and support within large, diverse enterprise environments.
- Within the last 6 years, demonstrate a minimum of three (3) years' experience working with and implementing a variety of IT solutions and services related to supporting IT operations in the areas of service management, cloud management, network management, data center automation, event management, performance optimization, remote workforce tools, and security best practices.
- Within the last 6 years, demonstrate a minimum of two (2) years' experience working with and implementing various infrastructure, application, performance, and security monitoring solutions.
- Within the last 6 years, demonstrate a minimum of two (2) years' experience working in and with deploying, managing, maintaining, and enhancing various Microsoft O365 and Microsoft Azure cloud services and features.
- Within the last 10 years, demonstrate a minimum of four (4) years' experience in deploying, managing, and maintaining various IT technologies including network infrastructures, virtualization platforms, identity management solutions, application, and data security services, data backup and disaster recovery programs, and the management of large data and file storage platforms.
- Within the last 10 years, demonstrate a minimum of four (4) years' experience managing diverse enterprise projects using various project management methods and tools.
