As a Community Outreach Coordinator with Lumen Executive Group, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining positive relationships with our local community and working to promote our products and services through community engagement and high quality customer service. Responsibilities of a Community Outreach Coordinator : Serve as the liaison between our company and the local community Engage with members of the community to understand their concerns and needs Relay collected information to senior management, identifying successes and areas for improvement Provide top-notch customer service, earning the trust and loyalty of community members Implement and oversee outreach programs that successfully engage the local community Distribute promotional materials, such as plan quotes, brochures, and business contact information, to raise awareness Work closely with senior management to create community campaigns that align with the company’s goals Assist in the training and management of junior Community Outreach Coordinators to expand the company’s community outreach efforts Qualifications of a Community Outreach Coordinator : A bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferred Prior experience in community outreach and / or customer service is a plus Detail-oriented individuals, able to juggle multiple accounts and tasks simultaneously Self-starters with the ability to make proactive decisions independently as needed Personable individuals able to work well with others and build strong relationships in the community Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet community needs Powered by JazzHR
