Responsibilities as a Customer Sales Specialist:
- Communicate clearly with customers while maintaining composure, resolving concerns, and overcoming challenges as needed to ensure customer satisfaction
- Properly prepare for customers by developing proposals, preparing for objections, and attending daily sales meetings
- Engage in the sales process with each customer from start to finish for a clear and efficient close on the sale, increasing company profit margins
- Utilize company-generated leads and proprietary systems to discover and cultivate fresh channels for sales prospects
- Confidently present new telecommunications campaign ideas to the sales and management team, using data to support decisions and stay aligned with industry trends
- Educate consumers on how our services can improve their communication with friends and family
- Efficiently navigate order entry system and schedule dates as necessary
Requirements as a Customer Sales Specialist:
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, retail, or client relations is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Self-starter who approaches their profession with integrity and passion
