The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Lead Email Marketing Manager to lead and execute various email marketing and sales initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for driving targeted outcomes, primarily focused on customer facing email and sales enablement emails and sequences.

This is a remote opportunity open to candidates located anywhere in the U.S.
The Main Responsibilities
Email and landing page copywriting within defined templates.
Develop outbound calling sequences for sales and customer success.
Develop customer facing email communications for sales usage.
Partner cross-functionally with campaign and programs teams to understand customer problems and outcomes they are solving for.
Partner with sales, customer success and SDR teams to understand conversational needs.
Assist with team project management and reporting.
Measure, analyze and report on program performance.
Optimize program performance based on data and insights.
What We Look For in a Candidate
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, journalism or a related field.
Strong copywriting skills. Copywriting samples will be required.
Minimum 3- 5 years digital marketing in a corporate setting.
Proven experience in email marketing.
Good design sense.
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and project management abilities.
Familiarity with the following marketing tools and platforms : Marketo, Salesforce, Seismic or similar.
Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
Compensation
This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.
