What are the responsibilities and job description for the Head of Architecture position at Lumen Resources?
Location: Orlando, FL (hybrid 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
Responsibilities:
- Provide estimates for architectural tasks, managing interruptions and deadlines to deliver key architectural frameworks
- Manage the capacity and resource needs of the architecture team, offering tailored consulting services
- Lead architectural assessments, evaluating the impact on systems, timelines, cost and roadmap development. Ensure project aligns with the architectural vision
- Guide, and mentor team members, overseeing hiring, team performance and career development
- Serve as trusted advisor to business leaders
Education and Experience:
- Bachelors Degree in relevant field
- Extensive experience in technical architecture, and application development
- Experience in delivering large scale, scalable enterprise software deployments leveraging agile methodologies and cloud based architecture strategies.
- Knowledge of Oracle and Microsoft technologies as well as experience in frameworks such as TOGAF
- Familiarity with enterprise application integration, data modeling, SOA, and API driven architecture
