Location: Orlando, FL (Remote to start, will be Hybrid 2 days in office in 2024)
Role Description:
As a pivotal member of our team, you will be instrumental in identifying, attracting, and securing technical professionals for our clients. Your responsibilities include:
- Utilizing various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals to identify highly skilled technical candidates.
- Conducting thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Presenting well-matched candidates to clients and facilitating the interview and hiring process.
- Building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified technical candidates for current and future roles.
- Proactively networking and engaging with potential candidates to understand their career goals and aspirations.
- Contributing your skills and expertise while enjoying a dynamic and collaborative work environment.
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter, or in a similar role, with a focus on IT, software development, or related technical fields.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, ensuring clear and effective interaction across diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking systems (Bullhorn preferred) and other recruiting tools.
- Bachelor's Degree required.
