- 3 years of experience in a technical support or application support role
- Hands-on experience with ticketing systems (JIRA or similar)
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
