As a Sales Manager at Lumen Solar, you’ll be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a high-energy sales team in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead & Manage: Recruit, develop, and lead a team of solar sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales goals.
- Strategic Oversight: Create and execute sales strategies to drive team performance and market expansion.
- Training & Development: Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to ensure your team’s success.
- Client Engagement: Support your team in generating leads, closing deals, and building client relationships.
- Monitor Performance: Track and analyze team metrics to ensure targets are met and identify areas for improvement.
What We’re Looking For:

This is a commission-based 1099 contractor role with uncapped earnings potential. Average annual earnings for managers exceed $150,000, with top performers surpassing $250,000.
