Job Description :
We are seeking a Senior Accessibility and Functional QA Automation Engineer with 7 years of experience to join our SDET team. This role involves conducting functional and accessibility testing for web and mobile applications, ensuring compliance with WCAG 2.1 / 2.2, Section 508, ADA , and other accessibility standards. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in automation testing and accessibility analysis, collaborating with developers and designers to enhance user experience.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute automated test scripts using Selenium, Java, Cucumber, BDD Frameworks .
- Perform accessibility audits and automated testing with tools like axe-core, WAVE, and Tenon.io .
- Conduct manual and automated testing for mobile (Android, iOS) and web applications .
- Ensure compliance with screen readers (JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, TalkBack) and keyboard accessibility .
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement accessibility best practices and functional testing strategies.
- Integrate test automation into CI / CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
- Document, report, and track defects using JIRA .
