Job Description :
We are seeking a Functional Analyst to provide operational support within the Enrollment and Billing Space . The ideal candidate will be responsible for interpreting benefit account documents, resolving benefit code issues, and ensuring accurate setup of copays, deductibles, and claims processing. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Support daily operations related to benefit codes and issue resolution.
- Interpret and process benefit account documents, including copays and service payments.
- Input benefits into the user interface and ensure accuracy.
- Assist with claims processing; NASCO experience is highly preferred.
- Utilize Excel (advanced level) for data management and reporting.
- Work as an end-user in SharePoint for documentation and collaboration.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to provide operational support.
Required Qualifications :
This is a remote position with a 12 month contract . Candidates must be able to meet deadlines and provide excellent customer service in a dynamic work environment.
