Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and ITIL-certified Problem Manager to join our team on a contract-to-hire basis. The ideal candidate will focus on root cause analysis, problem resolution, and continuous process improvement to ensure operational efficiency.
Core Responsibilities:
- Perform root cause analysis to identify and resolve recurring IT issues.
- Develop and implement problem resolution plans to minimize business disruption.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for problem management processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage and track problem resolution activities.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for all problem management activities.
Qualifications:
- ITIL Certification (Foundation level or higher) is required.
- 4-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Exceptional problem analysis and resolution skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; candidates without a degree must have at least 7 years of relevant experience.
