Overview:

This individual will be instrumental in leading product development and strategy for our Member Services Platform, focusing on Claims, Benefits, Enrollment, and the Member Portal. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare, digital portals, mobile apps, and exposure to AI technologies, with proven experience in managing virtual assistant products.

Qualifications:

• 10 years of experience in Product Management or as a Product Owner, with a strong background in healthcare, digital portals, and mobile apps.
• Proven experience leading the product development of virtual assistant products.
• Must have SAFe Certification as a Product Manager with a deep understanding of SAFe methodology and environment.
• Strong product management discipline with experience working on product roadmaps, gathering and analyzing data, and leading product teams.
• Experience with AI technologies and how they can be applied to product development, particularly in healthcare applications.
• Ability to define a 3-5 year vision for the product and strategize accordingly.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment (in-person once or twice a week).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of the product strategy for our Member Services Platform (including Claims, Benefits, Enrollment, Member Portal, and Mobile Apps).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and features, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Drive product vision, roadmap, and execution across the platform, ensuring that the product vision is clear, well-understood, and aligned with company objectives.
• Work closely with executive leadership to communicate product strategies, deliverables, and outcomes.
• Gather and analyze data to make informed product decisions, including conducting market research, prototyping, and validating product ideas.
• Lead product development and strategy in a SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) environment, ensuring efficient and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with UI/UX, engineering, and other teams to deliver scalable and user-friendly solutions.
• Serve as a key point of contact for all product-related questions and concerns, providing clear communication to stakeholders at all levels.
