We are seeking an experienced Lead Product Owner to oversee product strategy, execution, and development in a healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will drive product roadmaps, manage stakeholder expectations, and collaborate with teams to enhance digital tools and backend technology.

Key Responsibilities:
- Define and manage product strategy, backlog, and roadmaps.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement solutions.
- Utilize Google Analytics for insights and performance tracking.
- Work with agile teams to ensure smooth development and implementation.
- Support cloud migration, mobile/web applications, and backend services.
Qualifications:
- 6 years as a Product Owner (or 8 years in related roles).
- Bachelor s in Product Management, IT, or related field (or 4 additional years of experience in lieu of a degree).
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) preferred.
