The Role
We are looking for a dynamic HR professional with experience in organizational effectiveness and transformation to join our HR Solutions team. This role is critical in driving large-scale HR initiatives, focusing on aligning with business objectives and enhancing HR capabilities.
Location : This is a fully remote position open to candidates based anywhere in the U.S. Approximately 10% travel (varied dependent upon project needs).
The Main Responsibilities
- Lead transformation projects, including strategy development and implementation.
- Develop and execute plans to ensure successful adoption of enterprise business strategies and aligned organization design.
- Collaborate with senior business leaders to translate business objectives into effective people strategies.
- Design and implement organizational models, including operating structures, roles, and responsibilities.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and coordinate with various HR functions to deliver on project milestones.
- Use tools and methodologies to assess readiness, measure effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization to ensure alignment and engagement.
- Lead cross-functional project teams to develop and execute HR solutions that drive business impact through innovative talent strategies.
