The Role
The Product Manager for the UC&C (Unified Communications & Collaboration) portfolio and CCS (Customer Contact Solutions) will be responsible for managing a program that encompasses orders and billing across multiple products. The successful candidate will ensure there is no revenue leakage and will perform manual billing as needed. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to resolve any issues that may arise.
The Main Responsibilities
- Tracking Orders : Monitor and track orders across multiple products to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Issue Resolution : Work with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Offer Management, IT, and Billing, to identify and resolve issues promptly.
- Manual Billing : Perform manual billing tasks as required to ensure timely and accurate invoicing.
- Revenue Assurance : Ensure there is no revenue leakage by implementing and maintaining effective billing processes.
- Cross-functional Collaboration : Engage with various departments to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
- Reporting : Generate and analyze reports to track performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Process Improvement : Continuously seek opportunities to improve billing and order management processes.

99,390 - $132,510 in these states : AZ, AL, AR, FL, GA, ID, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MO, MS, MT, NE, NM, ND, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, UT, VT, WV, WI, and WY.
104,360 - $139,140 in these states : CO, HI, MI, MN, NV, NH, NC, OR, and RI.
109,330 - $145,770 in these states : AK, CA, CT, DE, DC, IL, MD, MA, NJ, NY, TX, VA, and WA.
As with the pay range variety that's based on the region of a country, specific offers are determined by various factors such as experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs.
