The Role
The Lumen Senior Manager is a key role in a seasoned Property Tax team. We are proud of our teamwork, eagerness to help each other, and professionalism. The Main Responsibilities
- Gather and review data to ensure accuracy in returns.
- Prepare ad valorem annual state and local returns.
- Work with governmental officials to settle values.
- Track assessments and upload values into the bill payment system.
- Review bills to ensure the value is correct and correspond with government officials if needed.
- Approve bill payments.
- Provide tax estimates for budget purposes.
- Identify automation opportunities and implement identified strategies.
- Assist team with audits and appeals on an ad hoc basis.
- Other duties as assigned.

Location Based Pay Ranges :
129,639 - $172,852 in these states : AL, AR, AZ, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, ME, MO, MS, MT, ND, NE, NM, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, UT, VT, WI, WV, and WY.
136,121 - $181,494 in these states : CO, HI, MI, MN, NC, NH, NV, OR, and RI.
142,603 - $190,137 in these states : AK, CA, CT, DC, DE, IL, MA, MD, NJ, NY, TX, VA, and WA.
