Responsibilities
- Design and build visually impactful dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau.
- Migrate and integrate legacy Tableau systems into Power BI, ensuring consistency and usability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data solutions.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights.
- Ensure data quality and accuracy through thorough validation and testing.
Requirements
- 7 years experience as a data analyst.
- Expertise in Power BI and Tableau (experience with both is ideal; proficiency in at least one is required).
- Strong understanding of data visualization best practices.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying and managing datasets.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
- Industry experience in Financial Services is a plus.
- Personality traits: detail-oriented, proactive, problem solver, collaborative, passionate about data.
