What You'll Do

As a GTM Enablement Analyst at Lumenalta, you will play a crucial role in empowering our sales teams and driving the go-to-market (GTM) strategy across multiple accounts. In this position, you will collaborate closely with sales leadership, marketing, and cross-functional teams to enable successful client engagement, optimize sales processes, and drive growth. You’ll be responsible for supporting the broader sales team through strategic planning, client relationship management, market analysis, and internal coordination.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy & Account Planning: Work with the sales team to develop and execute account strategies and plans. Ensure alignment of priorities and goals across sales functions to drive results.
  • Client Relationship Management: Support the development and maintenance of client relationship maps. Help facilitate the creation of targeted engagement strategies to strengthen client relationships and promote business growth.
  • Sales Enablement & Support: Provide the sales team with the materials, tools, resources, and insights they need to succeed. This includes managing sales collateral, developing training materials, and streamlining sales processes.
  • Market Insights & Competitive Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market changes. Analyze client data and provide actionable insights to support decision-making and sales strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner with marketing, finance, and other internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and client strategies. Foster communication and collaboration across the broader organization to optimize account performance.
  • Client Communication & Marketing: Manage and support the creation of marketing initiatives tailored to specific client needs. Coordinate event planning, distribution of thought leadership content, and client-facing communication strategies.
  • Performance Tracking & Feedback: Collect feedback from the sales team and clients to assess performance. Monitor key metrics, measure results, and implement continuous improvement strategies.


What You'll Bring

  • 4 years of experience in a professional services or technology firm, with a focus on sales enablement, account management, or business development
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • A proactive, creative, and self-starting approach with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on results
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and demonstrate strong judgment in decision-making

Salary

Salary range: $100,000 - $150,000 annually, with final compensation determined by your qualifications, expertise, experience, and the role's scope.

This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
