We are looking for a Senior MarTech Engineer with expertise in the architecture and implementation of complex marketing platforms to join our team and take ownership of high-impact projects that support growth and performance.
Role Overview:
As a Tech Lead, you will oversee the technical implementation of the project, providing direction and guidance to a team of engineers. You will be responsible for the overall architecture and ensure that projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers to build high-quality, scalable web applications.
- Ensure the team is following best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to align on technical and business goals.
- Provide leadership in the migration effort and integration of key systems (Storyblok, Hubspot, CDP).
Required Qualifications:
- Experience leading and managing technical teams.
- Expertise in Storyblok CMS.
- Strong proficiency in React, Next.js, Node.js, and Typescript.
- Familiarity with static site generation and DevOps pipelines, particularly Gatsby.
- Experience with Cypress or Playwright for automated testing and Jest for unit testing.
- Experience with migrating from headless WordPress installations.
Salary
Salary range: $90,000 - $150,000 annually, with final compensation determined by your qualifications, expertise, experience, and the role's scope.
