Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and talented Chef to join our team! The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry and be responsible for creating exceptional dishes that delight our guests. This role requires expertise in food preparation, kitchen management, and food safety practices. The Chef will oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency. Manger experience welcome but not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute high-quality dishes that align with our menu and standards.
• Collaborate with the team to create seasonal and innovative menu items.
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with food safety regulations.
• Manage inventory, food costs, and portion control to minimize waste.
• Train, mentor, and inspire kitchen staff to deliver exceptional service.
• Work closely with front of house staff to ensure a seamless dining experience for guests.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of culinary experience (ideal but not required).
• Managerial experience in back of house operations is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment are crucial.
