We are seeking a positive and dedicated individual with a passion for crafts, candles, and teaching others to join our team as a Studio Manager. This role involves working 20-30 hours per week in a friendly and engaging environment where exceptional customer service is the priority. The Studio Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring that every guest enjoys their experience at our Studio.
Job Tasks Include:
- Overseeing daily operations of the studio, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently
- Supervising and supporting team members, including scheduling and coordinating shifts
- Training new staff members on the candle-making process and customer service standards
- Handling customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and timely manner
- Learning the candle-making process and guiding customers through it
- Ensuring every guest receives one-on-one attention and enjoys their Studio experience
- Promoting a positive and engaging atmosphere for both customers and team members
- Managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed
Shifts vary depending on how busy we are and coworker availability, but our current schedules are:
- Thursday 5-9
- Friday 12-9
- Saturday 12-9
- Sunday 12-5
